We provide representation to clients ranging from appearing before courts and in hearings before administrative agencies, hearing officers, and arbitrators to providing legal advice, assistance in negotiating and drafting agreements, and strategic counsel.  We have more than 25 years of experience focusing on the areas of labor and workplace issues, representing individuals, unions, organizations, and businesses and associations.  We provide representation in matters involving discrimination, whistleblowing, overtime and compensation, as well as providing solutions that resolve labor and employment disputes and issues, or that set workplace conditions to avoid such disputes.  

We provide representation on issues that matter to OUR clients including:  

• Representing client unions, associations, and organizations by providing strategic advice, conducting negotiations, addressing grievances, and presenting claims brought by our clients

• Drafting, revising, and interpreting contracts

• Reviewing and drafting/revising severance and employment agreements

• Negotiating and drafting collective bargaining agreements

• Reviewing, interpreting, and preparing policies, manuals, and agreements  that describe working conditions for employees
